Raised in Illinois, degenerated in Southern California and now comfortably crashing in Austin, Texas, photographer Phillip LeConte’s careening professional trajectory will appear to the casual (possibly ducking) observer to be more of a hazard-bound slice.

Journalist turned Hollywood publicist turned screenwriter turned multi-media whiz-bang -- it’s enough to make anyone take cover behind a knotty-oak.

But take heart, this is no ordinary gallery. Look around, you are in captivating company. That ravishing bride, bright-eyed toddler, older-but-wiser business man, or if you’re so inclined, the spirited Catahoula should offer some hopefully well-metered illumination that the life flashing before your eyes is actually Phillip’s Speedlight SB-600 -- and damn you look good!
